ANOTHER VOTER FRAUD ARREST! HSI Tulsa arrested a Filipino national on alleged federal election fraud, false citizenship claims, and false statements in voter registration. They registered to vote in 2022 by falsely claiming U.S. citizenship under oath, voted in the November 2022 federal primary election, and were subsequently arrested while returning home from work while their naturalization application was pending. HSI and our federal law enforcement partners will continue to hold accountable those to interfere with American elections and bring them to justice.
