Where they stand

In their own words, from their campaign website, summarised in plain English.

Economy and cost of living

Mazzei says he wants to create more high-paying jobs by cutting unnecessary tax preference items, trimming regulations and licensing hurdles, and expanding job training and apprenticeships. He also says he would end corporate incentives that give poor returns and pair every tax cut with a spending cut or offset.
