Where they stand
In their own words, from their campaign website, summarised in plain English.
Economy and cost of living
Garrity says she would make Pennsylvania more affordable by expanding energy production, cutting utility bills by 15% to 25%, and lowering property taxes. She says more in-state energy would lower the cost of housing, food, goods and services.
Taxes and government spending
Garrity says she would redirect existing state spending and interest earnings into property tax rebates, aiming to cut the property tax burden by one-third within two years. She also says she would roll back or eliminate the gross receipts tax on utilities, audit state agencies, and use savings to reduce the deficit.
Health care
Garrity's campaign says she supports protecting healthcare and welfare benefits for vulnerable Americans, as President Trump does.

Energy and climate
Garrity says that on day one she would lift the ban on new drilling sites and call a special session to fast-track permits for natural gas, pipelines and power plants. She says she would also roll back costly mandates and reform or pause renewable energy and efficiency mandates.
Guns

Education
Garrity says she would pass Lifeline Scholarships, expand the state's existing tax credit scholarship programs, and opt in to the federal education tax credit scholarship program so parents have more control over their children's education. She says more spending alone is not fixing outcomes.
“More spending is not solving the problem.”
Foreign policy and defense
No stated position on their website.
Elections and ethics in government
Garrity says she would pass voter ID so every voter is a U.S. citizen and shows ID. She also says she would require agencies to preserve evidence, launch independent investigations, and ban taxpayer-funded settlements for sexual harassment claims.
“It should be easy to vote and hard to cheat.”
Ratings and endorsements
No ratings: the groups we track score votes in Congress and endorse federal candidates, and we have not collected ratings or endorsements for governor candidates.
