From FEC filings for 2025–26. Outside spending is money a group spends on its own about a candidate — TV and online ads, mail, canvassing. It is not a donation to the campaign, and the candidate does not control it. Supporting means it was spent to help that candidate win; Opposing means it was spent to defeat them, usually on attack ads. Groups report it within 24 or 48 hours as the election nears. Raised is the campaign's own fundraising, as of its latest quarterly report. Largest donors come from each outside spender's own FEC receipts, with each donor's share of its itemized receipts; donors under $100,000 are not named. People are shown with the employer and occupation they reported. A donor that is itself a political committee is shown with its own largest donors. Companies and nonprofits don't report their funders to the FEC, so the trail ends there, and the page says so.

🚨 Deeply honored to make history in winning the simultaneous endorsement of the Natural Resources Defense Council, the League of Conservation Voters, and the Environmental Defense Fund.
This is a reflection of the work we have done together here in Bucks and MontCo, and proof that environmental stewardship and economic strength are not competing goals. We can—and must—deliver both. And together, we will continue to do exactly that.
“Brian Fitzpatrick has repeatedly stood up to both the Trump White House and Republican leaders in Congress to defend his constituents against the polluter lobby. He understands a cleaner environment and abundant, affordable, American-made energy from the sun and the wind will strengthen our economy, lower costs for families and create jobs in PA and across the country.” Jed Ober, NRDC Action Fund.
“Brian Fitzpatrick understands protecting our environment and building a strong economy go hand in hand. We appreciate his leadership fighting for affordable clean energy solutions that will bring down families’ bills while creating good jobs in PA and across the nation, for protecting clean water and communities from toxic PFAS chemicals, and for standing up to Big Polluters and to the Trump administration in order to safeguard our environment. We are proud to endorse him for reelection.” Sara Chieffo, LCV Action Fund.
Glittering Generalities: Vague, emotionally positive terms like 'environmental stewardship' and 'economic strength' are invoked as noble goals without specific policy substance — for example: environmental stewardship and economic strength
False Urgency: The word 'must' introduces an imperative tone implying no alternative or delay is acceptable — for example: We can—and must—deliver both
Slogans: Catchy phrase used to compress a complex position into an emotionally loaded shorthand.

“Brian Fitzpatrick has been an outspoken champion of organized labor and the U.S. Merchant Marine. His tireless efforts continue to advance key policies that strengthen collective bargaining rights for workers, protect strong workplace safety standards, and preserve the job and retirement benefits of American workers.”- Willie Barrere, American Maritime Officers & Dave Heindel, Seafarers International Union
I’m honored to earn the support of my friends and longtime partners at AMO and SIU.
A strong U.S. Merchant Marine is essential to a strong America. I’m proud to stand with the union mariners who keep our economy moving, our supply chains secure, and our nation ready.
Glittering Generalities: The sentence uses vague, emotionally positive language about strength and national importance without providing specific evidence or policy substance — for example: strong U.S. Merchant Marine is essential to a strong America and keep our economy moving, our supply chains secure, and our nation ready.

“AFGE is proud to endorse Brian Fitzpatrick for reelection, and we’re going to send him back to Washington to keep fighting alongside us.” - Phil Glover, AFGE District 3 National Vice President
More than 66,000 federal employees call Pennsylvania home. They care for our veterans, support our military, and ensure Americans receive the services and benefits they’ve earned.
I’m honored to have AFGE in my corner—and grateful to call them friends and partners. I will always fight for our federal workers and the pay, protections, and respect they deserve.

🚨 “The PA Conference of Teamsters is proud to stand with Brian Fitzpatrick. We believe his continued leadership is essential to ensuring working families remain at the center of our nation’s future, and look forward to working together to advance policies that protect jobs, wages, and benefits for generations to come”—William Hamilton, President, PA Conference of Teamsters
The strength of America has always come from its working people. I’m proud to call the Teamsters partners and friends, honored by their endorsement, and ready to keep fighting alongside them.
Glittering Generalities: The sentence uses vague, emotionally positive language about 'the strength of America' and 'working people' as rhetorical flourish without substantive meaning — for example: 'The strength of America has always come from its working people'
Appeal to Prejudice: The sentence appeals to in-group identity by positioning the speaker as aligned with 'working people' and the Teamsters, implying shared values and solidarity to cultivate an us-versus-them dynamic — for example: 'ready to keep fighting alongside them'

An ad is on this page because its own "Paid for by" line is a campaign in this race; or it comes from a national Senate group and ran mostly in PA; or it ran mostly in PA and names a candidate — unless its sponsor is a campaign for some other office. Ads from outside groups appear alongside the campaigns' own.
Campaigns run one text as many separate ads. Identical text from the same sponsor is one card here, marked with its number of variants.
A technique is a specific manipulative move in the wording, found by our model and explained in one line. It is not a claim that the ad is false.
Claims are checked when a reader asks: press "Check this ad's claims" on a card. The check runs once and its result is shown to everyone afterwards. The ten ads with the most money behind them in each race are checked ahead of time.
Claim verdicts say what the cited sources say. A verdict that an ad is wrong or misleading is shown only when it cites an established fact-checker or an institutional record — Congress, a federal agency, a court — and its confidence is not low; a weaker one is not shown at all. Each verdict shows what it rests on and how confident it is. If we got one wrong, press Disagree: a verdict that readers dispute and no one defends comes down.
Video ads come from the campaigns' own YouTube channels; the transcript is analyzed. Meta ads are analyzed on their text; their video and images are not, yet.
